Hello and welcome!

I am an artist who works on location from life - or 'en plein air' - and from a studio in London to paint impressionist fine art in oil.

Through my work - including landscapes, cityscapes, seascapes, figurative, portrait, floral and still life - I am interested to spontaneously capture a painterly, impressionist feeling or essence of a place or subject at a particular moment of time.

As an oil painter, I am drawn to capturing the subtle interplay of light, shadow and colour, weaving texture into each brushstroke.

On this website, you can buy original paintings direct from my studio. I also offer a framing service for unframed paintings and I am also available for commissions.
